He was predeceased by: his parent Zephyrin Ouellette. He is survived by: his spouse Therese Ouellette (Pard); his children, Lucille Vital, Maurice Ouellette (Teresa) of New Bedford, Paul Ouellette (Pauline) of Berkley and Madeleine Cote (Edward) of Fall River; his grandchildren, Marc Vital (Faith), Danielle Vital, Nathan Ouellette, Jared Ouellette, Elise Ouellette, Alexandra Sipple (Christopher) and Nicholas Cote; his great grandchildren, Alexis Layne, Avery Layne, Adrianna Simas, Skylar Sipple-Cote, Olivia Vital and Piper Vital; and his parent Antoinette Ouellette (Chevrette).
