Mendes-Moniz and MaryEllen Mendes-Moniz (Mendes) of Fall River; his grandfather Agostinho Furtado of Pawtucket, RI; his siblings, Edward C. Moniz (Melissa) of Fall River, David J. Moniz (Amanda Wallant) of Fall River and Melissa Carvalho (Jeff) of Riverside, RI; his uncle John D. Furtado of Pawtucket; his nieces and nephews, Kayden, Everley and Ryland Moniz; and his grandparents, Leonard Moniz and Mary Moniz (Costa).
