She was predeceased by: her spouse Louis "Gibby" Gibbons; her sibling Barbara Rahed; and her parent Alfred Simard. She is survived by: her children, Carrie Gibbons of Fall River and Laurie Barboza of Wayne; her brother Robert Simard of Tiverton; her grandchildren, Stacia Thomas (Erik), Jason Theroux, Michael Lebeau, Ryan Pokorny and Sarah Pokorny; her great grandchildren, Braygan Thomas and Leighelle Thomas; and her parent Christina Simard (Estrella).
