She was predeceased by: her parent Manuel Costa; and her sibling Margaret Costa. She is survived by: her parent Natalia Costa (Moreira) of Fall River; her children, Kyle Oliveira, Morgan Oliveira, Shawn Oliveira and Mark Oliveira; and her siblings, Antonio Costa (Maria), Jose Costa (Melissa), Merciana Costa and Nancy Costa. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

In lieu of flowers, kindly donate toward college education for Nellies daughter, Morgan.
