She was predeceased by: her parent Maria Carmo (Sousa); and her sibling Carlos Andrade. She is survived by: her parent Manuel Dionizio; her children, Antonio Andrade (Idalina), Maria Rebello, Joao Andrade (Rosaria), Sylvia M. Andrade and Caroline Andrade; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Argo, Kim Amaral, Julie Guthrie, Matthew Rebello, Kevin Andrade, Kelly Andrade, Kim Andrade, Shawn Cadime and Ashley Cadime.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Assoc. 225 N. Michigan Ave., FL 17, Chicago.
