He is survived by: his spouse Lillian Ainsworth (Mancini); his parents, Raymond Ainsworth and Anne Ainsworth (Reed); his children, Michael Ainsworth (Donna) of Southington, CT, Leslie Ainsworth of Tiverton, RI and Beth Ainsworth of Fall River; his grandchildren, Matthew, Alison and John; and his sibling Avis Clay (Ainsworth) of Bourne Station, MA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
