He is survived by: his spouse Claudette Pacheco of Fall River; his parent Lucy O'Connell (Medeiros); and his siblings, Robert Pacheco (Evelyn) of Fall River, Daniel O'Connell (Jane) of Fall River, Michael O'Connell (Lisa) of Seekonk and Carol Brickhik of Little Compton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
