He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Chouinard and Marie Anne Chouinard (Labonte); and his sister Yvette Bienvenue. He is survived by: his children, Joyce A. Cote (Michael) of Worcester, Ronald R. Chouinard (Lisa A.) of Lakeville, MA and Richard M. Chouinard (Lisa M.) of Swansea, MA; his grandchildren, Alison R. Gossy (Andrew), Jacquelyn Cote and Aaron Chouinard; and his siblings, Alcide, Alban, Rene and Roger Chouinard.
