He is survived by: his parent Lydia Costa (Zimbro); his children, Jo-Anne Golden (Patrick) of Tiverton, RI and Michael R. Costa (Melissa) of Westport, MA; his grandchildren, Julie Anne Cross and Connor Evan Golden; and his great grandchild Lyle Cross Gagne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
