The passing of Janice F. Selman of Falmouth, Massachusetts, born in South Boston, Massachusetts leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on July 5, 2025 at the age of 80. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandson Jeffrey Bean. She is survived by: her daughters, Jodie Longton (Oleg Pokotilov) of Seekonk and Stacey Bean (Kevin Bean) of Bridgewater; her grandchildren, Gabrielle Roppolo of Arlington, Isabella Longton (Angel Ocasio) of Norton, Carly Kean (Zachary Jones), Paul Kean, Autumn Spillane, Andy Bean and Katie Bean; and her great grandchildren, Jaxon O'Neil and Mateo Ocasio.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Chapman Funerals and Cremations - Falmouth (475 Main St, Falmouth, MA 02540). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Congregational Church of Falmouth (68 Main St, Falmouth, MA 02540).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a local arts organization in her memory.
