He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald E. LaVache and Antoinette "Gandiosi" LaVache. He is survived by: his daughters, Danielle M. LaVache and Brooke E. LaVache; his granddaughter Rory; his siblings, Edward LaVache (Debra), Ronald "Brother Ronzo" LaVache, Daniel LaVache (Andrea) and Sandra O'Driscoll (Denis); and his former wife Lynn "Vaccari" LaVache. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home (50 Central St, Hudson, MA 01749). A Mass will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Michael's Parish (21 Manning St, Hudson, MA 01749). A burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Forestvale Cemetery.
