He was predeceased by: his parents, Terese Van Dam and Raymond C. Johnson; and his son Corey Johnson. He is survived by: his stepfather Michael Van Dam; his wife Lynda L. Johnson of Foxborough; his children, Allyson Johnson, Mathew Johnson and Shannon Johnson; his stepson John Finn; his siblings, Carolyn Hagan (Joseph) of Foxborough, Thomas Johnson (Nancy) of Lunenburg and Linda Reddy (Paul) of Foxborough; and his siblings' children, Nicole Favarro (Elliot) of Hyde Park, Brian Burns (Tina) of Hyde Park and Kristen Burns of Weymouth. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren and many friends.
