She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Lancaster and Betty Lancaster; her husband George A. Mather; her son Ronald Mather; and her sister Ginger O'Donnell.

She is survived by: her children, Lisa (Jay Springer) of Walpole and Robin (Doug Cote) of Marion; and her grandchildren, Jack, Matthew, Alysha, Amanda and Shawn.

In lieu of flowers donations in Shirley's memory may be made to Accent Care Hospice, 275 Martine Street, Suite 109, Fall River, MA 02723.
