He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon J Carmel and Linda Ann-Marie Carmel (Boucher). He is survived by: his brothers, Chris (Sandy) of Framingham, MA and Mark (Amy) of Springfield, VA; and his siblings' children, Margaret Carmel of Boise, ID and Eric Carmel of Chesapeake, VA. He is also survived by 12 cousins.
