He was predeceased by: his parents, Ninfa Bologna and Filippo Millefoglie; and his brothers, Antonino and Giacomo Millefoglie. He is survived by: his wife Antonia Favazza; his son Alphonse; his daughter-in-law Nancy; his daughter Maria; his son-in-law Bill Huston; his grandsons, Alfonzo, Maximo and Collin; his stepgrandsons, Justin and Saer Huston; and his stepgreat-grandsons, Keller and Riley Huston. He is also survived by many friends and relatives.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to Catholic Charities, 280 Washington Street, Salem, MA 01970 or St. Ann's Church, Holy Family Parish, 60 Prospect Street, Gloucester, MA 01930.
