She was predeceased by: her parents, Austin L. Carter and Margaret Carter (MacEachern); her brothers, John A. "Jackie" Carter and George F. "Freddie" Carter; her nephew Jonathan McCassie; her son-in-law John Frost; and her sister-in-law Ruth G. Carter.
She is survived by: her spouse Francis L. Lander of Gloucester; her children, Barbara A. Dundin (Paul), Cynthia J. Frost, Glenn W. Lander of Gloucester and Frankie L. Lander Jr. (Joy) of Gloucester; her grandchildren, Austin Dundin (Lanie) of Gloucester, Rowley of Gloucester, Matthew Dundin (Kyleen Kelleher) of Gloucester, Nathan Frost (Jennie) of Gloucester and Corey Frost (Jeffrey Lander) of Gloucester; and her great grandchildren, Paul, Emma Dundin, Molliann Joy Goodchild, Astrid Laidlaw and Alessa Frost.
