She is survived by: her spouse Robert W. Milgate, Jr; her parent Andrejs Andersons; her son Robert W. Milgate, III; her wife Zina Merkin of Lexington, KY; her daughter Victoria Flavin of Rockport; her son-in-law Mark Flavin of Gloucester; her daughter Valerie Milgate (Nell Sweeney) of Harwinton, CT.; her siblings, Raymond Andersons (Jeanne) of Charlton, NY and Biruta Platt of Virginia Beach, VA; her grandchildren, Tad Davis, Tyson Davis (Abby Baker), Anastasia Flavin, Phillip Dimaio, Julian Flavin, Lauren Gottlieb and Zoë Milgate-Sweeney; her great grandchild Morgan Davis; and her siblings-in-law, Mel Milgate, Donna Milgate, Barbara Stenzel, Mike Stenzel, Georgette Andersons and Dorothy Andersons.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to CARE (care.org) to further their efforts to aid the world's underprivileged.
