She is survived by: her children, William Polinsky of Gloucester, Edward Polinsky of Saugus, Rejean Houle of Gloucester and Jeanne Williams (Glenn) of Gloucester; her brother Robert Spoon of Gloucester; her grandchildren, Christina Kleindienst, Lily Houle, Ricky Crane Jr., Casey and Jeremy Crane; and her great grandchildren, David and Adam Kleindienst.
