She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Churchill and Evelyn Churchill (Crowell); her brother Herbert T. Churchill; and her friend Ann Murray. She is survived by: her children, Caroline Connolly (Richard) of Gloucester and Randy Maciel (Claudia) of Gloucester; her grandchildren, Shannon Marie of Gloucester, Aidan Connolly of Gloucester, Luis Filipe Silva of Gloucester, Sabrina of Gloucester and Seth Maciel of Gloucester; her nephews, Scott Churchill of Avon, OH, Jeffrey Churchill of Pittsburgh, PA and Robert Churchill of New Castle, PA; and her cousin Conrad Vitale of Gloucester.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Carol's name may be made to the Unitarian.
