He was predeceased by: his parents, Custodio Cecilio and Mary Cecilio (Veator); his brother Herb; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Batten and Robert Cavender.

He is survived by: his sons, C. Christopher Cecilio (Susan) of Rockport, Steven (Kim) and Michael of Gloucester; his grandchildren, Joshua Perrine, Erica, Alex Cecilio and Rachel Rotchford; his sisters, Rosemary Souza (Walter) and Turibia Ferris (Richard); and his sister-in-law Lynne Cavender. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
