She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, L. Donald Welch and Ruth Welch of North Reading, MA; her daughters, Alycia Welch-Kuykendall and Amber Eaton of Gloucester, MA; her granddaughter Malyiah Welch-Menicocci of Gloucester, MA; her siblings, Bradford Welch (Cheryl) of Stoneham, MA and Sheila Welch-Miller (Donald) of Townsend, MA; her nieces and nephews, Nicole Welch, Arielle Williams, Stephen Welch, Shane Miller, Bradford Welch and Andrew Welch; and her brother Stephen D. Welch. She was also cherished by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.

All current Covid-19 protocols and restrictions are in place and funeral home capacity will be limited to a maximum of 50 people at one time.

Memorial donations may be made in her memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
