He is survived by: his wife Andrea M. Burnham (Laine); his daughter Carrie Whithead of Gloucester; his sister Carol Lima; his daughter-in-law Ahn Burnham of Gloucester; his grandchildren, Alexandra, Kenneth, Vil, Samone and Debbie; and his great grandchild Matthew.
