He is survived by: his wife Penelope Cook (Hughes); his children, Scott C. Cook (Leigh DelTorchio), Valerie D. Cook and D. Laurence Cook (Michelle); his grandchildren, D. Calvin Cook and Sadie Elizabeth Cook; his niece Jayne M. Perry (William "Skip" Perry); his great-nephews, Calvin M. Perry, William J. Perry and Jerome D. McKay; his great-niece Elise A. Perry; his sister-in-law Ellen Morse (Davis); his nephew Daniel Morse; his great-niece Erica; his niece Maryanne Davis; his great-nephew Steven; his stepchildren, Whitney Marshall, Scott Marshal (Kathy), Victoria Fallon (Rob) and Alexis Marshall; his stepgrandchildren, Dakota Hamill, Chelsea Grougan (Nick), Currie Fallon, Phoebe Fallon, Griffin Marshall and Bridget Marshall; and also, Jerome D. McKay Jr., Kimberly McKay, Keyarah, John "Jack" McKay (Jill McKay), Georgia Grougan and Penelope Grougan.
