She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Owens (Betsy) and Clifton Owens. She is survived by: her husband Warren F. Waugh Jr of Gloucester; her daughters, Kate Waugh and Molly Ross; her spouse Kate Ross; and also Mark Ross.
In later years Liz joined Warren in many philanthropic efforts such as helping with the Beede Center development, The Susan G. Komen Foundation, The Torigian YMCA and finally, but never knowing, the Alzheimer's Association.
