He was predeceased by: his parent Lori J. Barth. He is survived by: his daughters, Izabella, Kailee and Aria; his grandfather Roger D. Blanchet; his sister Nichole Barth of Ipswich; his grandmother Cynthia M. Blanchette of Georgetown; his uncle Scott Blanchette (Joanne) of Florida; and his aunt Michelle Harubin (Paul). He is also survived by niece, a nephew, several cousins and many good friends.
