He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Dias and Maria J. Dias (Bastos). He is survived by: his spouse Ilona E. Dias (Reiter); his children, Karen A. Poole of Woburn, Heidi M. Dias (Randy J. Gibbs) of Gloucester, Michele E. Kahn (Gustav) of Tucson, AZ, Ted M. Komi (Brianna) of Gloucester and Mark Provost (Vicky Harriss) of South Hamilton; his grandchildren, Kristina M. Holmberg, Brandon J. Poole, Joshua F. Gibbs, Vanessa A. Gibbs, Ella Provost, Naomi Provost and Gabriela M. Kahn; his great grandchildren, Melody A. Mattson, Aubrey E. Mattson and Clover J. Grossi; and his siblings, Rose Carrico of Fairhaven, Vicky Cabral of Mattapoisett, Joe Dias of Gloucester and Tony Dias of Gloucester. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
