He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank C. Francis and Catherine G. Francis (Bammarito); and his sister-in-law Mary Lovasco (Hemmer). He is survived by: his wife Janice; his son Frank C. Francis III (Julianne) of Salem, NH; his grandchildren, Ryan James Francis and Samuel Andrew Francis; and his sister Joanna McCall (Wesley) of St. George Island, FL. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
