She was predeceased by: her husband Robert K. Powers; her parents, Lovett E. Spinney and Bertha M. Spinney (Cahoon); her siblings, Mildred Franks and Eldridge Spinney Jr.; her granddaughter Kimberly Powers; and her siblings-in-law, Frederick Franks and Marie Adiletto.
She is survived by: her children, Charlene M. Peterson (Pete) of Gloucester, Gail R. Vicari of Gloucester and Jeffrey C. Powers (Patricia) of Gloucester; her grandchildren, Alice G. Ciaramitaro, Barry Peterson, Cory Peterson, Shaun Powers (Debbie), Jason Powers (Melissa) and Robert Vicari (Amy); her great grandchildren, Felicia Wager (Ethan), Kayla Ferrara, Lucas Peterson, Alyssa Peterson, Caitlin Powers, Briana Powers, Cali Powers, Cameron Powers, Noah Vicari, Vincenzo Ciaramitaro and Megan E. Vicari; and her sister-in-law Agnes Spinney.
