He was predeceased by: his spouse Beatrice F. Joseph (Bertolino); his parent George S. Joseph; and his siblings, Everett, John, Herbert, Samuel Joseph, S. S., Helen Foote, Adele Joseph, Sally Lockwood and Yvonne Cogan.
He is survived by: his parent Mary Joseph (Lattoff); his daughters, Maryann Goodhue, Joanne Catalini, Theresa Wheeler (David) of Gardner and Lisa Joseph of Rockport; his siblings, Jonathan Joseph of Los Angelas and Marion Sargent of Gloucester; his grandchildren, Jeremy Goodhue, Justin Goodhue, Dawn Catalini (Thomas Brown) and Toni Catalini; and his great grandchildren, Maddison Goodhue, Laycee Goodhue and Tara Catalini. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
