It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen E. Arsenault of Gloucester, Massachusetts, born in Wildwood, New Jersey, who passed away on May 27, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Toppan and Mary Toppan (Clancy); her sons, Walter Arsenault Jr., Robert Arsenault and Kerry Arsenault; and her grandson Sonny Arsenault.
She is survived by: her daughter Julie Ramsdell; her grandchildren, Kerry P. Arsenault, Robert Arsenault Jr., Nathan Coder and Robert Ramsdell; her great grandchildren, Baylen King and Natalie Coder; and her siblings, William "Bill" Toppan, Claire Franklin and Donna Toppan. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
