He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth A. Mills and Irene Mills (Dooling); and his sisters, Florence Ingalls, Loraine Cummings and Lena Celentano.
He is survived by: his wife Anne E. Mills (LaFrance); his brother-in-law Frank LaFrance; his children, Catherine M. Mills (Robert Cloutman Jr.) of Gloucester and Kenneth J. Mills (Robyn) of Gloucester; his grandchildren, Kelly Westerlund (Timothy), Geoffrey Deppen (Michelle), Ruby and Sophie Mills; and his great grandchildren, Jasmine, Alyssa Deppen and Chloee Westerlund.
