She was predeceased by: her son Gary Cusick; her parents, Burton "Red" and Lucy Prevost (Hannon); and her brother Burton. She is survived by: her children, Karen Cusick Faison of Gloucester, Christopher Faison II and Miranda Faison; her great grandchildren, Nevaeh Faison and Maya Fields; her brothers, Wesley and Ronald Prevost; and her son-in-law Christopher Faison. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations in Janice's name can be made to the Gloucester Healthcare Residents Council Fund, Attn: Activities Dept., 272 Washington St., Gloucester, MA 01930.
