He was predeceased by: his parents, Mercurio Ciaramitaro and Rosalia Ciaramitaro; his father-in-law Anthony (Rose Bertolino); and his siblings, Flavia (Salvatore Orlando), Vincenza (Leonardo Bertolino) and Vito (Ninfa Ciaramitaro).

He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann (Bertolino); and his children, Michael (Sheila), Rosalie, Anthony (Pam) and Jerry Jr. (Jackie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his name to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
