It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John B. Scola Sr. (Gloucester, Massachusetts), who passed away on June 27, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lorenzo Scola and Frances Pauline Scola (Testeverde); his wife Kathleen P. Scola; his children, Pauline F. Scola, John B. Scola Jr. (Vincie Scola), Annalee Aiello (Mike Aiello) and Lisa Curcuru (Sean Curcuru); his granddaughters, Kathleen A. Pierce (Andrew Pierce), Geraldine M. Mazzeo (Keith Mazzeo), Alexis Grace Palazzolo, Kaylee A. Curcuru and Julianna R. Curcuru; his great grandchildren, Trent of Gloucester, Alec Pierce of Gloucester, Jack of Gloucester and Charlie Mazzeo of Gloucester; his siblings, Phyllis, Paul and Joe Scola (Lia Scola); and his siblings' children, Chris A. Palazzola (Phyllis Palazzola) of Gloucester and Rosann Wayernen of Rockport.
