He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Raffa (Blauvelt); his children, John Raffa and Linda Randazza (Thomas Randazza); his grandson Austin Raffa; his parents, Samuel Raffa and Gertrude Raffa (Ehmons); and his sibling Charlie Raffa.
He is survived by: his son David Raffa (Rosanne Dillon); his grandchildren, Katie Toto, Jillian Fitzpatrick, Joseph Raffa, Carter Randazza, Nathan Randazza, Bryanna Payne and Kendra Payne; and his brother Joseph Raffa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
