He was predeceased by: his parents, John Oliver Sr. and Helen Oliver (Sears). He is survived by: his cousins, Jo-Ann Cecilio (John Nixon) of Gloucester, Joseph Cecilio (Jean) of Beverly, Diane Pallazola, Robert of Cape Coral, Carol Quadros of Gloucester, Arnold Quadros of Gloucester, Kevin Quadros of Gloucester and David Quadros of Gloucester. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his name to Our Lady of Good Voyage Church, 142 Prospect Street, Gloucester, MA 01930.
