Jose M. Lourenco Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 10, 2021, at the age of 77, Jose M. Lourenco of Gloucester, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Lourenco and Julia Lima Lourenco (Cardoso); his former wife Maria Luisa Lourenco; and his brother-in-law Antonio. He is survived by: his wife Mary Fatima Lourenco (Lima) of Gloucester; his daughters, Celia Wheeler (Joe), Isabel Cottone (Al) and Rosemary Lourenco (Chris Brown); his stepdaughters, Kristen Lark, Lori Bouchie (Marc) and Jennie Morash; his grandchildren, Nicole Walling (John), Andrew, Matthieu Wheeler, Marcus, Sabrina Cottone, Daylon, Justin Lark, Laci and Austin Bouchie; his sister Maria Julia; and his niece Maria.
Visiting hours will be held in the Greely Funeral Home, 212 Washington Street, Gloucester on Tuesday from 4 to 6 p. m. All visitors must wear masks and adhere to social distancing. His funeral mass will be celebrated privately in Our Lady of Good Voyage Church and the burial will be held in Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Our Lady of Good Voyage Church, 142 Prospect St., Gloucester.
