She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Higgins and Mary Higgins (Mahoney); her sister Mary Higgins; her niece Judy Skidds; her brothers-in-law, Vincent Viola and Gregory McDavid; and her close friend Michelle Duncan.
She is survived by: her nephew Noah; her niece Sophia Bauman; her daughter Ashley Higgins (James Mello); her sisters, Laura Osborn (Arthur) and Carol Viola; her nieces and nephews, Dawn, David, Tony, Maria, Todd, Chris, Mary Jane, Joanne and Deana; her friend Jessica O'Leary; her son Mark; and also, Jaila Mello and Nicole Misuraca.
