It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martin J. Donnelly Jr. of Gloucester, Massachusetts, born in Malden, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 14, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin and Alice Kelliher Donnelly; and his goddaughter Elizabeth McLean Dubois. He is survived by: his wife Paula Donnelly (McCabe); his children, Martin James Donnelly III (Amy), James Paul Donnelly (Lori LaViolette), Patrick McCabe Donnelly (Robyn), Kathryn Donnelly Pate and Margaret Kelliher Pate (Robert); his grandchildren, Jake, Clare, Sophie, Cara, Brendan, Nicole, David, Molly, Gavin, Ryan, Lily, Zoe, Gabriel, Teagan and Declan; his great grandchild Raena Mae Elam; and his siblings, Robert Donnelly (Joan) and Alice (Richard). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.
