She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse James E. Ball; her parents, Jose Rocha and Rufina Rocha (Silva); her sisters, Mary Mitchell of Gloucester and Irene Lowe of San Diego; her children, David Lane (Kathleen) of Gloucester, Scott Lane (Susan) of Rockport, Sharon Militello of Gloucester and Gary Lane of Gloucester; her niece Larraine Milone (Cookie); her son-in-law Anthony Militello; her siblings, Sylvia Mitchell, Alex Rocha, Joseph Rocha, Grace King and Manuel Rocha; and her godchild Chuck Mitchell. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
