Olive M. O'Connor Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Olive M. O'Connor of Gloucester, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 8, 2020 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband David M. O'Connor; her parents, Mary E. Clayton (Brien) and Howard E. "Earl" Clayton; her children, Holly O'Connor (William R. Turner) of Gloucester and Frank Brien (Jaime) of Lancaster, CA; her grandchildren, Samantha Brien of Beauport, SC, Nikolas Brien of Lancaster, CA, Blake Brien of Lancaster, CA, Myiah Porper of Gloucester, Samantha Russell of New Hampshire, Kevin O'Connor of Gloucester, Keith O'Connor of Gloucester, Daniel O'Connor of Gloucester, Nicole O'Connor of Gloucester, Peter Dariphatana of Methuen and Jacob Jackson of Riverside, CA; her siblings, Nicole Anderson (Glen) of Groveland and Nicholas Brien; her stepsons, John O'Connor (Rudee) of Methuen, Eddie O'Connor (Eileen) of Gloucester and David O'Connor; her sister-in-law Helen Orlando (Charlie) of Gloucester; her nieces, Kristen Jones of Maine and Isla Anderson of Groveland; her nephew Nathaniel Doherty of New Hampshire; her uncle Thomas Brien of Lynn; her goddaughter Danielle Porter (Shawn); her cousin Patricia Flannagan (Terri) of Gloucester; her close friend Charlene Burkenshaw of Salem; her grandfather Raymond Brien; and also Barbara Perra. She was also cherished by relatives and special friends.

Visiting hours in the Greely Funeral Home, 212 Washington Street, Gloucester will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2020 from 10:30 a. m. to 12:00 p. m. followed by her Graveside Service in Calvary Cemetery, Gloucester at 12:30 p. m. All attended are required to wear face covering and practice social distancing during both the visiting hours and at graveside.
