He was predeceased by: his father John Payne (Buddy). He is survived by: his mother Mary Beth (Payne); his brother Mackenzie; his siblings' children, Ava, Lexi, Anni, Christopher and John Payne; his sister-in-law Maureen; his siblings' children, Shannon, Derek, Shane, Erin, Dylan, Taylor and Brandon; his sister Deborah Payne Kolodziej; his brother-in-law David; his children, Joshua, Jessica and Lisa Payne Kent; his brother-in-law Rick Kent; his siblings' children, Courtney and Cameron; and his aunts and uncles, Cheryl Walter, Colleen Walter Parisi (Philip), Robert, Brian and Mark Walter.
