He is survived by: his wife Debbie Lowe (Brown); his children, Melissa Weikle (Scott) of Hudson, NH, Jennifer Pallazola (Joe) of Orlando, FL and Robert M. Lowe of Gloucester; his stepchildren, Natasha Gabriele of Gloucester, Nathan Gabriele (Melanie) of Rockport and Evan Williams of Gloucester; his grandchildren, Julia Weikle and Alexis Pallazola; his stepgrandchildren, Ryan, Kevin, Andrew, Amirah Gabriele, Kaysha, Kaleb Roberts and Paisley Williams; and his sister Barbara Keller of Long Island, NY.
