He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Flaherty and Evelyn Flaherty (Boyd); his siblings, Edward Flaherty, Ellen Phillips, Katherine Muise, Cecelia Silva, Ann Cooney and John Flaherty; and his niece Mary Garron.
He is survived by: his brother Mike; his sister-in-law Jeannie; his nieces, Sue Muise (Rick), Kate Andrewes (Jack) and Jennifer Flaherty; his nephew Michael Flaherty (Katy); and his great-niece Evelyn Watson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
