He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rowe and Dorothy Holmes (Aylward); and his siblings, Irene Crudden (Eddie), Dottie Bagley, Jackie, Richard, Donald and Jimmy Rowe.
He is survived by: his wife Bernice "Bunny" Rowe; his sons, Bill Rowe (Lynne) of Essex and Scott Rowe (Kelly) of Gloucester; his grandchildren, Dana Rowe, Jake Rowe and Mark Rowe; and his close friend Gilbert Doucette. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his memory to the Cape Ann Animal Aid, 4 Paws Lane, Gloucester, MA 01930 or to the family of Ben Goodhue, 20 Lyman St., Beverly, MA 01915 who has been battling cancer and undergoing extensive treatments.
