He is survived by: his wife Catherine Crowley of Gloucester; his pet Betty; his children, Amy Allegra Clements (Robert Bertone) of Gloucester and William Crowley Jr. (Joann Anderton) of Gloucester; his stepson Christopher Trupiano of Gloucester; his grandchildren, Brandyn and Alexa Clements of Gloucester; his brothers, Skip Crowley (Linda) of Maine, Jim Crowley (Sharon) of Gloucester and Tom Crowley of Gloucester; his nieces and nephews, Rebecca Provost (Wes) of Gloucester, Brian Crowley (Elizabeth) of Gloucester, Tina Woorard (Kevin), Anderine Holmes (Jim) and Artell Crowley (Alice) of Nantucket; his close friend Daniel Quinn; and his friend Matt Hurrican.
