He was predeceased by: his parents, Lora Mae (Metris) and William P. Stratton Sr.. He is survived by: his significant other Jackie Stratton (Zaleski); his sons, David, Steven, Rick and Daniel; his granddaughters, Crystal, Lauren, Emily and Ellen; and his great grandchildren, Moriah and Lydia. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
