He was predeceased by: his parents, Katherine Cornetta (Wallace) and Giovanni Cornetta (John). He is survived by: his wife Jody; his daughter Patricia Stark-Cornetta (Pacheco); his grandchildren, Deja and Paulo; his siblings, Mark (John), Richard, Stephen and Patricia Van Dyke; his godchildren, Jonathan Van Dyke, Veronica and Joseph Cornetta; and his cousins, Jean and Paul Kellen.
