She was predeceased by: her father Walter B. O'Hara; her husband Rev. Malcom R. Evans; her mother Viola "Mae" O'Hara (Upton); and her brother Calvin "Red" Rollins. She is survived by: her daughters, Caryl L. Connor (Michael) of Greenfield, MA and Kimberley J. Gomez (Justo) of Springfield, MA; her brother Michael O'Hara of Greenfield, MA; her grandchildren, Brittni Lashway of Springfield, MA, Justin Lashway of Daytona, FL and Marina Connor of Turners Falls, MA; and her great grandchild Eniyah Walters of Springfield, MA. She is also survived by several cousins and many friends.
