With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis M. Whalen of Groveland, Massachusetts, who passed away on October 28, 2025 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Francis M. Whalen to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Whalen and Ellen Whalen (Hanlon); and his siblings, Patricia Gosine, Helen Haneffant, James Whalen and Barbara Synan.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Whalen; his children, Trevor Whalen of Las Cruces, NM and Nicole Whalen of Carmel, ME; his brothers, John and Lawrence of Somerville; and his sister-in-law Sharon Pitts (David) of Tewksbury. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the H. L. Farmer & Sons Bradford Funeral Home (210 S Main St, Bradford, MA 01835).
